Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We need the following information to start working on the return process:
- if you placed and order and changed your mind about your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours or your payment.
- Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer needs to contact us to cancel the order for any reason, allow us up to 4 working days to confirm your cancellation in the worst case scenario but usually happens within hours of a working day.
- Reimbursements of your payment could take up to 6 days due to merchants processing time in the worst case scenario but usually occurs pretty fast.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns and refund are worked out within 30 days of the delivery date.
For after-sales application, the buyer needs to provide evidence (as in the following clause) to chuzkosupport@chuzko.com. If the buyer cannot provide compelling evidence in time to chuzkosupport@chuzko.com, then Chuzko.com has the right to reject the refund or return the application.
If you encounter any issues upon receiving your order from Chuzko, such as damaged packaging, items significantly not as described, missing or incorrect products, or any other quality concerns, please contact Chuzko customer service or the delivery recipient within 3 working days of receiving your order. It is important to provide supporting evidence of the issue, including photographs of the damaged items and the outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible. Please be aware that Chuzko reserves the right to deny a refund request if sufficient evidence is not provided in a timely manner.
Return Policy:
We need the following information to start working on the return process:
- To start a return, you can contact us at chuzkosupport@chuzko.com
- If the item is defective or mismatched from your order, we apologize for our mistake.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We request at least 4 detailed pictures of the defected item to create a valid argument to create a return order.
- We will issue you a return ticket with the instruction only then you will know where to send your item back to us.
Refund Policy:
- The refund will occur only after we receive the item back in the same condition we shipped it to you.
- Allow us up to 3 days to process the reviewing of your return.
- You will receive an email with the details of your refund.
- Please allow the banking system around 2-4 business days to show a deposit back into your account after we have issued the refund.
- We do not cover shipping fees back and forth due to the nature of the business we do not assume that responsibility. Again, we apologize for our mistake and inconvenience we caused on your side.
- No refundable due to their nature are: Lingerie, swimsuits or bathing suits.
- Sizing: We do provide assistance with sizing problems that might not be the size you order, within 5 days, if in any case would happen. Please let us know about the issue encountered on the sizing difference from the reference sizing chart that belongs to the items you purchased and we will happily work that out with you.
- When there is quality problems we will offer unconditional refund or returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Defective Products (package breakage/quality problems)
If you detects any problem upon receipt (damaged package/missing or wrong goods or other quality problems), you shall contact our customer service within 3 days from the date of delivery and Submit photos or videos that clearly illustrate the quality defects of the product, provide evidence to prove the problem (pictures of broken products and package outer box with a shipping label on it, When there is quality problems we will offer unconditional refund or returns.
