Intellectual Property Policy

At Chuzko, we fully respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any counterfeit products or infringements of intellectual property rights. We regularly review the listings on our website to prevent any potential violations. If a listing is found to be in violation of Chuzko’s policy, it will be promptly removed.

Despite our best efforts to prevent the sale of infringing products, the vast number of products, providers, and sellers on our platform means that some infringements may go undetected. We strongly encourage our customers and intellectual property rights holders to cooperate with us in identifying and addressing such issues. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, we urge you to notify us and follow our complaint procedure outlined below.

1. Eligible Complaints

Complaints that are eligible for review include:

  • Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of an identical or similar trademark on goods that are identical or similar to those for which the trademark is registered.
  • Patent Infringement: Unauthorized use of another’s granted Design Patent or Utility Patent.
  • Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of content, photos, or other copyrighted works, including books, CDs, software, etc.
  • Other Violations: Any other activities that violate local intellectual property laws.

2. Complaint Procedure

To file a complaint, please send an email to us at chuzkosupport@chuzko.com.

Include all relevant documentation proving your ownership of the intellectual property in question to help us address the issue swiftly. Upon receiving your notice, we will conduct an internal investigation, and if your complaint is accepted, we will take appropriate action against the alleged infringing listing(s).

3. Actions We May Take Against Infringing Listings

Depending on the outcome of our investigation, we may take the following actions:

  • Removal of Listings: The alleged infringing listing(s) will be removed from our website.
  • Notification to Providers: We will inform the relevant provider or supplier about your complaint and share your information with them to help clarify the issue.
  • Penalties for Infringing Suppliers: We may revoke selling privileges, withhold funds, and destroy infringing inventory in our possession if the infringement is proven or upheld by a court.
  • Account Termination: We may terminate the user account of the infringing supplier after three (3) willful infringements. Immediate termination may occur in extreme cases, such as when a lawsuit is filed against Chuzko due to the supplier’s infringing activities, or when we are required to take action by judicial, enforcement, or administrative authorities.

All infringement cases will be recorded and kept on file for one (1) year from the date any penalty is imposed.
